TableX is restaurant infrastructure built by Terrastrux Technologies to help restaurants operate branded ordering, payments, rewards, delivery workflows, and customer-owned digital experiences. We may collect information provided by restaurant owners, staff, customers, or website visitors, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, business details, account information, order details, delivery information, rewards activity, messages, support requests, and trial or demo submissions.
Restaurant and customer data
TableX is designed around restaurant ownership of customer relationships and operating data. Restaurants using TableX may collect and manage information related to their own customers, menus, orders, rewards, staff workflows, and business operations. Restaurants are responsible for how they use customer data in their own business and for complying with laws that apply to their operations.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide and improve TableX services, support restaurant accounts, process orders, support payments and delivery workflows, manage loyalty or rewards features, respond to support requests, communicate about demos or trials, maintain security, and operate the platform.
Payments and delivery providers
