Acceptance
By accessing or using the TableX website, apps, demos, trial forms, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you are using TableX on behalf of a restaurant or business, you represent that you have authority to act for that business.
TableX services
TableX provides restaurant infrastructure for ordering, payments, customer experiences, rewards, delivery workflows, staff workflows, and operating visibility. Specific features may vary by account, setup, location, integration availability, or service agreement.
Restaurant responsibilities
Restaurants are responsible for their menus, pricing, taxes, food preparation, fulfillment, refund decisions, customer service, staff access, business operations, and compliance with laws that apply to their restaurant. Restaurants are also responsible for the accuracy of information they provide through TableX.
Customer orders
Orders placed through TableX are fulfilled by the restaurant. TableX provides software infrastructure and does not prepare food, guarantee item availability, control restaurant operations, or guarantee order acceptance, timing, quality, refunds, or substitutions.
Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. TableX may support payment workflows, but payment processing, chargebacks, settlement, and related financial services may be subject to the terms and policies of those third-party providers.
Delivery and integrations
TableX may connect with delivery providers, marketplace platforms, payment processors, analytics tools, or other third-party services. Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers and may be subject to separate terms, availability, pricing, outages, limits, or changes.
Rewards and promotions
Rewards, discounts, loyalty points, credits, freebies, or promotions may be offered by participating restaurants. Restaurants may modify, pause, expire, or end rewards programs subject to applicable law and any restaurant-specific rules shown to customers.
Trials
Any free trial, pilot, or setup offer may be limited by eligibility, availability, setup requirements, or separate agreement. Continued use after a trial may require paid service terms, transaction fees, subscription fees, or other pricing disclosed to the restaurant.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse TableX, interfere with platform security, access systems without permission, submit false information, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, or use TableX in a way that violates law or harms restaurants, customers, Terrastrux Technologies, or third-party providers.
Intellectual property
TableX, Terrastrux Technologies, platform designs, software, branding, content, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly provided through written agreement or permitted use of the services.
Service availability
We work to keep TableX reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. Features may be changed, paused, limited, or discontinued as the platform evolves.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TableX and Terrastrux Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or issues caused by restaurants or third-party providers.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TableX after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
